  • Incorporation Certificate: Proof of the company’s legal incorporation, which is typically issued by the Registrar of Companies (ROC) or the relevant government authority.
  • Email ID and Mobile Number of All Partners/Directors: Contact details of all partners or directors involved in the startup. These will be used for official communication.
  • Company Letterhead: A letterhead that displays the company’s name, logo, and contact details. It’s often used for official correspondence and documents.
  • Self-Attested Aadhar Card of Authorized Director/Partner: A self-attested copy of the Aadhar card belonging to one of the authorized directors or partners of the startup.

For Sole Proprietor / Individual:

  • PAN card of the owner.
  • Aadhar card of the owner.
  • Photograph of the owner (JPEG format, max size – 100 KB).
  • Bank account details*.
  • Address proof(electricity bill, Property Tax Receipt or Lease/Rent Agreement(if rented) or Consent letter)

For Partnership Firm / LLP:

  • PAN card of all partners (including managing partner and authorized signatory).
  • Copy of the partnership deed.
  • Photograph of all partners and authorized signatories (JPEG format, max size – 100 KB).
  • Address proof of partners (Passport, driving license, Voter’s identity card, Aadhar card, etc.).
  • Aadhar card of the authorized signatory.
  • Proof of appointment of the authorized signatory.
  • In the case of LLP, registration certificate / Board resolution of LLP.
  • Bank account details*.
  • Address proof of place (electricity bill, Property Tax Receipt or Lease/Rent Agreement(if rented) or Consent letter)

For HUF (Hindu Undivided Family):

  • PAN card of HUF.
  • PAN card and Aadhar card of the Karta.
  • Photograph of the owner (JPEG format, max size – 100 KB).
  • Bank account details*.
  • Address proof of place (electricity bill, Property Tax Receipt or Lease/Rent Agreement(if rented) or Consent letter)

For Company (Public / Private / Indian / Foreign):

  • PAN card of the Company.
  • Certificate of incorporation issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
  • Memorandum of Association / Articles of Association.
  • PAN card and Aadhar card of the authorized signatory. The authorized signatory must be Indian, even for foreign companies/branch registration.
  • PAN card and address proof of all directors of the Company.
  • Photograph of all directors and authorized signatory (JPEG format, max size – 100 KB).
  • Board resolution appointing the authorized signatory / Any other proof of appointment of authorized signatory (JPEG format / PDF format, max size – 100 KB).
  • Bank account details*.
  • Address proof of the principal place of business(electricity bill, Property Tax Receipt or Lease/Rent Agreement(if rented) or Consent letter)
  1. Incorporation Certificate: If you have a company or LLP, provide the certificate showing your business is legally registered.

  2. Partnership Deed: If it’s a partnership firm, include the partnership agreement.

  3. PAN Card: The PAN card of the person in charge of trademark registration.

  4. Aadhaar Card: The Aadhaar card for identification purposes.

  5. Form TM-48 (Signed): A document allowing your attorney to apply for the trademark on your behalf. Sign it when your legal team prepares it.

  6. Logo: When submitting your logo, make sure it’s in color, not just black and white, to cover all the colors of your trademark.

  • Aadhar and PAN Card: Mandatory.
  • Form 16: Essential for salaried individuals.
  • Salary Slips: Required for salary details.
  • Interest Certificates: For bank and post office interest.
  • Tax-Saving Investments: Proof for deductions (e.g., EPF, PPF).
  • Health Insurance Receipts: Deductions for health insurance premium.

For ESIC Registration:

  1. Aadhar Cards: Two Aadhar cards for identification purposes.
  2. PAN Cards: Two PAN cards for tax-related documentation.
  3. Mobile Numbers: Two mobile phone numbers for contact purposes.
  4. Email IDs: Two email addresses for communication.
  5. GST Certificate: Goods and Services Tax (GST) registration certificate, if applicable.
  6. MSME Certificate: Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) registration certificate, if applicable.

For EPF Registration:
